ATTACHMENTS The following must accompany this application: 1 2 3 A CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY indicating the boundaries of the marina property and the authorized dock use area, the location of all structures, storage areas, docks, slips, buoys, launching ramps, gas pumps and tanks, parking areas, access areas, fencing and landscaping features. The drawing shall be updated each year to show all existing facilities, all changes from the previous season, and any changes proposed for the duration of the current application. The drawing shall also indicate the locations of winter storage and required winter parking spaces. A copy of your LMCD LICENSE APPLICATION. A COMMERCIAL MARINA LICENSE APPLICATION FEE according to the current City fee schedule. THE MARINA MAY OPEN FOR PUBLIC USE ONLY UPON APPROVAL OF THE LICENSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL. Pursuant to Section 5.42 of the Orono Municipal Code, the applicant hereby requests the Orono City Council to review this Marina Lice.ise application, and agrees and authorizes the City of Orono and the Cit\’s designated employees or agents to enter upon the marina property .at any reasonable time to perform safety and code compliance inspections.
