The address of these properties are: 3065 Lake <br />Shore Blvd., and 3071 Lake Shore Blvd. <br />3065 Lake Shore Blvd. has 80 feet of shore lire and is 400 feet deep. <br />3071 Lake Shore Blvd. adjoins the above mentioned property and is adjacent <br />to the Park. The dimensions are 40 feet of lake shore and 400 feet deep. <br />This property also has a 10 foot strip of land across the park property <br />(Torrens) that divides the park property. <br />Presently, there are houses on each parcel that are of early 1930, 1940 <br />V i ntage. <br />There is also a parcel of property on Pari'. Lane that is adjacent to the <br />park property that could be acquired. This would give you one large parcel <br />for lake access.
