A. <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />Lake Access Parking Agreement <br />This Agreement is made between the Lake Minnetonka <br />Conservation District (LMCD) and the ( <br />both public corporations organized and existing under the <br />laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS the LMCD and () are jointly <br />concerned with providing public boating access to Lake <br />Minnetonka meeting the Parking Standards for Lake Minnetonka, <br />and <br />WHEREAS the LMCD and () recognize that a <br />goal of 700 car/trailer spaces will bt provided in the <br />vicinity of present and future access sites around the lake <br />on as equitable a basis as possible <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants <br />herein, it is agreed by the LMCD and () that <br />the conditions for car/trailer parking for the public access <br />identified on the attached checklist meets the Parking <br />Standards detailed on the checklist so identified. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the LMCD and < <br />have caused this agreement to be duly executed this day <br />- 19 <br />LAKE MINNETONKA <br />CONSERVATION DISTRICT: AGENCY/CITY: <br />By <br />jijLm <br />1
