It also seems apparent that the cable <br />industry, through their state association (MCCA), is preparing some <br />form of legislation that will counter or solve this issue of taxing <br />the use of city rights-of-way. <br />As always, I will keep you informed as to any changes or legislation <br />that may take place. <br />JD/cl <br />Enclosure <br />*
