Olds seconded. Notion <br />III. REPORTS <br />a) Treasurer's Report <br />Pattrin described financial transactions for the month of January 1993. <br />Motion 2.16.93.2 Stanga moved to approve the Check Disbursements for the <br />included in <br />period of 1/1/93 through 1/31/93. Gagne seconded. Notion passed unanimously <br />Pattrin then stated that a copy of the 1992 Fourth Quarter Report was <br />the packets and then introduced Dennis Sparks for any questions. <br />Notion 2.16.93.3 Olds moved to approve the 1992 Foiirth Quarter Report. <br />Stanga seconded. Notion passed unanimously. <br />b) Administrator's Report <br />Daniels distributed an article from the Hall Street Journal and highly recoraTOnded <br />reading it. Rosen stated that Forbes also has an article that is worth reading, about the <br />integration of all services over cable TV. <br />Daniels then distributed a notice from Triax regarding "sun outages” that was sent <br />to subscribers. Finch stated that press release will be made as well as announcements <br />on local channels. <br />Daniels stated that since the Commission moved to approve the Triax Cablevision <br />request that deletes Regional Channel 6, a few Legislators have made comments. In <br />response to that concern, a new show, "Legislative Report", has begun taping and airing. <br />Another show which is in progress is with city administrators that are not in "Tonka <br />Report". It will be titled "Ask Your City". <br />Two thirty minute shows were done recently - one hosted by Salazar with Congressman <br />Ramstad and the other hosted by Brancel with Congressman Grams. Congressman Minge has <br />also been contacted for a possible show. <br />Daniels stated that Mary Peterson, the Assistant Production Coordinator, has <br />resigned due to other obligations. Her replacement will be Greg O'Gorman. The Commission <br />wished Mary good luck. <br />b) Production Report <br />Schindler introduced himself to the new Commissioners. F. then stated that <br />workshop classes are 2/3 done and are going great. Production is going strong, as well.
