The following is a list of improvements <br />requiring permits that staff is often asked .'ibout: <br />New or replacement storage sheds of all sizes. <br />New or replacement detached garages . <br />Retaining walls in excess of 3 1/2 fer„, filling, <br />grading. <br />Entrance monuments. <br />In-ground pools and above-ground pools that remain <br />installed over the winter months. <br />Decks, gazebos, tennis courts. <br />Reroofing, residing, remodeling, window replacement, <br />plumbing, furnace replacement. <br />Live tree removal within 75' of the shoreline of axl <br />lakes and protected streams or tributaries when that tree <br />has a diameter of 6 inches or more (or 19 inches in <br />circumference or greater) measured 3 feet above the <br />ground. <br />Wood burning stoves. .. . <br />Fencing. <br />it <br />it <br />★ <br />it <br />it <br />it <br />it <br />it <br />it
