Gerhardson, Public Works Director <br />March 15, 1993 <br />' •/ »// <br />' ^^9 <br />SUBJECT: Letter of Authorization Sanitary Sewer Easement <br />% <br />As you may know we will have to acquire a sanitary sewer and <br />road easement from the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to <br />serve one of the residents in the Stubbs Bay Sewer Area. <br />A requirement of the permit from the DNR is authorization by <br />the Council to a staff member to sign the permit application. <br />I have proposed a letter for your review and Council review <br />and approval. <br />I
