On-site traffic shall be one way and controlled with appropriate <br />sicnace. <br />The new addition shall be installed with an approved sprinkler system and a fire <br />alarm svstem shall be lied to the sprinkler system. <br />Upon application for a building permit, the applicant shall provide architecturally <br />drawn plans signed by a licensed architect. Applicant will be responsible for <br />making necessar> SAC payments and for any additional sewer or water charges <br />at the time of issuance of the building permit <br />Authorities cranted bv this resolution run with the property not with applicant but <br />are permissive only and must be e.xercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval or this conditional use permit will <br />expire on tliat date (March 8. 1994). <br />The uses permitted on the property are as per Municipal Code Section 10.28, <br />Subdivision 3 (A) referring specifically to schools, and are further limited to the <br />uses approved in Stale Statute 121.88. Community Education Programs. <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned authorized representative of the Orono Independent School <br />District (f21~S has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms of this <br />resolution and on behalf of himself or herself, his or her heirs, successors and <br />assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of <br />the property. <br />Page 3 of 5
