The license holder r.usc ensure <br />that the adoiniatracion of medicine is recorded and give the <br />name of the child, name of the medication or prescription <br />number, date, time, dosage, and the name and signature of the <br />person who dispensed the medicine. The record oust be available <br />to the parent and maintained in the child's record. <br />D. Sunscreen lotions and insect repellents supplied <br />by the license holder may be used on more chan one child. A <br />product to control or prevent diaper rash, including <br />prMoistened cosoMreial wipes that cannot be dispensed in a <br />manner that prevents cross contamination of the product and <br />container as determined by the health consultant, must be <br />labeled with the child's name and used only for the individual <br />child whose name is written on the label. <br />E. Medicines, insect repellents, sunscreen lotions, <br />and diaper rash control prc4ducts must be stored according to <br />directions on the original container and so that they are <br />inaccessible to children. <br />Subp. 8. Honaaoking. A center must comply with the <br />Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act in Minnesota Statutes, sections <br />144.411 to 144.417r and Minnesota Rules, chapter 4620. <br />Subp. 9. Cleenlineee. The indoor and outdoor space and <br />cquipunt of the center oust be clean. <br />Subp. 10. **oilet facilities. The toilet rooms of the <br />center must be cleaned daily. Toilet training chairs must be <br />emptied, washed with soap and water, and disinfected after each <br />use. Toilets and seats must be washed with soap and water and <br />disinfected when aoilad or at least daily. <br />Subp. 11. Olsper chaagiag ares. A diaper must be changed <br />only in the diaper changing area. The diaper changing area must <br />be separate from araae used for food storage, food preparation, <br />and eating. The area must have a hand sink equipped with hoe <br />and cold running water within three feet of the diaper changing <br />aurfiea, a smooth neoabaorbent diaper changing surface srd floor <br />covet ii^, and a container operated by a foot pedal for sciled <br />and wet diapers. <br />Subp. 12. Diaper changing procedures. The center must <br />have and follow diaper changing procedures that have been <br />developed in cenaultatioa with a health consultant. The license holder shall <br />provide the following supplies and make them aeccsaible to <br />childrens toilet paper, liquid hand soap, facial tissues, and <br />single use paper towels er warm air hand dryers. <br />Subp. 16. first aid kit. The license holder must ensure <br />that a first aid kit is avail***le within the center. The kit
