Application 2022 Fee Escrow <br />BUILDING CODE ADMINISTRATION: <br />Minimum Fee <br />Based on Value <br />Building Permits <br />Table <br />Building permit fees (Building, Plumbing, <br />Based on 2012 <br />Mechanical, unless otherwise noted) <br />Building Valuation <br />Special investigation fee (work started without <br />65% of Building <br />Plan Review Fee <br />Permit Fee <br />Additional plan review required by changes, <br />$75.00 / hour <br />additions, or revisions to approved plans <br />minimum one half hour charge (does not apply to <br />commercial plumbing) <br />Minimum Fee <br />$26.25 <br />Moved -In Structure (not including foundation, <br />interior remodel, etc.) <br />$275.00 <br />Pre -Move Inspection <br />$165.00 <br />Special investigation fee (work started without <br />100% of Building <br />obtaining a permit— applies even if no permit is <br />permit fee <br />pulled) <br />Manufactured Home Installation $275.00 plus State <br />Surcharge and requires a regular building permit <br />if also doing basement, foundation, garage or <br />entryway, fees are based on sq. ft.
