Q,THIRD SERIES <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY,MINNESOTA <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY,MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> ESTABLISHING A DOCK LICENSING PROGRAM FOR USING DOCKS INSTALLED ON <br /> CITY RIGHT OF WAY ON BIG ISLAND <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on July 26,2021, Ordinance 259,Third Series was adopted <br /> by the City Council of the City of Orono,Minnesota. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.259,Third <br /> Series,the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the Council amends Chapter 38 of <br /> the Orono City Code regarding regulations pertaining to docks on the right of way on Big Island. The <br /> Ordinance establishes a program for the city to issue licenses for the use of public docks installed on <br /> public rights of way on Big Island for inland lot of record owners.
