ORDINANCE NO. 2�`I , THIRD SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br /> BY REZONING 2635 KELLEY PARKWAY <br /> FROM RR-1 B PUD SINGLE FAMILY RURAL RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br /> TO RPUD RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 16 <br /> FILE #LA18-000034 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, Apex Holdings, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company <br /> (hereinafter the "Developer") has applied for rezoning of the property located at 2635 Kelley <br /> Parkway from RR-1 B PUD Single Family Rural Residential District to RPUD Residential Planned <br /> Unit Development in order to allow for development of a senior assisted living facility; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned to RPUD is legally described as: <br /> Outlot D, Stonebay Addition (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the rezoning of said Property per the <br /> findings, terms and conditions of Resolution No. 6786 adopted August 28, 2017. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO DOES <br /> HEREBY ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. The Municipal Code of Orono is amended by amending the official zoning map <br /> and zoning district boundaries for the Property. Said Property is hereby rezoned from RR-1 B PUD <br /> Single Family Rural Residential Planned Unit Development District to RPUD Residential Planned <br /> Unit Development District. <br /> Section 2.
