ORDINANCE N0.193, THIRD SERIES <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> PROVIDING AN EXEMPTION FOR GOVERNMENT SIGNS IN THE RIGHT OF WAY <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 78-1466 shall be amended by adding text to read as follows: <br /> (12) This Di��ision sl�all not ap��ly to Public sig�ls. Public si�ns. for the purposes of this scction <br /> shall mean an �Lsign defined as a traffic control sign in the Hi�hwav Traffic ReQulation Act M.S.A. <br /> �§ 169.97 et seq. any identification sign installed in a public park or public trail by a public <br /> authorit�ny other informational identification re ug latory or warnin sg i�n placed bv the <br /> United States State Count ,�� placed within their ri�ht of wav. <br /> SECTION 2.
