<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
<br /> PERTAINING TO THE REVIEW OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS UPON
<br /> NEIGHBORS PETITION
<br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS:
<br /> SECTION 1. Section 78-921 shall be amended by striking text to read as follows:
<br /> Sec. 78-921. - Conditional Use Permit Review ' .
<br /> The Cit h�erebv reserves the ri�ht to ins�ect the premises where a Conditional Use permit
<br /> has been issued after receivin�permission from the property owner or receivin tg he appropriate
<br /> court order to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance or and conditions
<br /> imposed. Conditional use permits shall not be subject to periodic council review for the purpose
<br /> of change or revocation unless such a review is one of the conditions of the original permit or
<br /> � unless the actual land use is determined to be in violation of the terms of the permit. ;-�;

<br /> SECTION 2. EFFECTNE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
<br /> passage and publication.
