Bv ORDINANCE NO. 191, THIRD SERIES <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> PERTAINING TO SUBDIVISION EXCEPTIONS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 82-200 Exception shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 82-200. - Exception. <br /> (a) . Upon <br /> request, the community development director shall, within ten days, certify that�-�e�ese�- <br /> , h,�;,,;�;^^ ;� o�^o^+o,� h�^�,��o the followinq are excepted from Chapter 82 of the City Code: <br /> (1) All the resulting parcels, tracts, lots or interests will be 20 acres or larger in size and 500 <br /> feet in width for residential uses and five acres or larger in size for commercial and industrial <br /> uses, or <br /> (2) Will create cemetery lots, or <br /> (3) Is court ordered, or <br /> (4) Is an adjustment of a lot line by the relocation of a common boundary ^c '^^^ ^� ��^" ^{ <br /> �ho +� �+�,,,. �„+� .,,o�+� +ho rorn iiromon4o „f;.h�.;+o;-�Q and no new non-conformities are <br /> ...., ..,.......,.y .,... ,........, ..... ..,,��..,...�..:.. ... .....;r.... . _ <br /> created or an existinq non-conformitv is increased. <br /> SECTION 2.
