Section 86-68 shall be amended by adding text to read as follows: <br /> Sec.86-68.-Permit application; information required. <br /> (b) (3)As-built survey. An as-built survey, prepared by a Minnesota Registered Land Surveyor, <br /> shall be submitted to the city for review and approval upon the completion of all principal buildings and <br /> all additions to principal buildings,unless exempted by the building official. The as-built survey shall <br /> certify the final topography of the site; verify drainage patterns; and provide hardcover calculations for <br /> lots in the Shoreland Overlay District. An as-built survey must be approved before the issuance of a <br /> certificate of occupancy. In the event that weather or other conditions prevent the completion of an as- <br /> built survey at the time the certificate of occupancy is requested, applicant shall provide a sufficient <br /> financial guarantee��a ��'�'�'��'� �-� ��^�^,�, �^r��m�to ensure completion of the as-built survey. <br /> SECTION 3. Section 75-2 shall be amended by adding text to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 75-2. -Reimbursement required. <br /> Any owner that causes the city to incur costs on behalf of,or on account of,that owner,associated with <br /> a proposed development,shall reimburse the city for the actual costs expended by the city on behalf of,or on <br /> account of, said owner. An owner shall be responsible for reimbursin,g the city for all actual costs, whether <br /> the proposed development is approved, denied,tabled or withdrawn bv the owner. <br /> SECTION 4. Section 75-10 shall be amended by adding and deleting text to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 75-10. —Collection of Unpaid Service Char�es/Costs GeEEi€rsa�ie�. <br /> The council shall certify all unpaid costs to the county auditor,who shall enter them upon the tax records a� <br /> ' which shall then be collected to�ether with the propertv taxes levied <br /> against the property. *�.o � e e „*�.o,...e,,, e�..,*e«,,..e.. „ o ,.,,e,,.ea <br />
