SECTION 2. Chapter 78 of the City of Orono Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting text within Section 78-230 as follows: "Sec. 78-230. - Area, height, lot width and yard requirements. (a) Height. No structure or building in the R -IA district shall exeeed "' stories and shall no exceed 30 feet in height except as provided in section 78-1366." SECTION 3. Chapter 78 of the City of Orono Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting text within Section 78-255 as follows: "Sec. 78-255. - Area, height, lot width and yard requirements. (a) Height. No structure or building in the R-113 district shall eyeeed 2;! stories aad sha4l no exceed 30 feet in height except as provided in section 78-1366." SECTION 4. Chapter 78 of the City of Orono Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting text within Section 78-305 as follows: "Sec. 78-305. - Area, height, lot width and yard requirements. (a) Height. No structure or building in the LR-lA district shall emceed 2V2stories and SIW" net exceed 30 feet in height except as provided in section 78-1366." SECTION 5. Chapter 78 of the City of Orono Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting text within Section 78-330 as follows: "Sec. 78-330. - Area, height, lot width and yard requirements. (a) Height. Chapter 78 of the City of Orono Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting text within Section 78-395 as follows: "Sec. 78-395. - Area, height, lot width and yard requirements. (a) Height.
