Page 2 of 2 <br />located on a property so that they do not impede safety by obstructing vision of pedestrians <br />or motor vehicle operators. <br />d.The city may, without notice, remove any temporary sign erected in violation of this section <br />or any other federal, state, or local law or ordinance. Any signs not claimed within 30 days <br />after removal may be destroyed by the city. <br />e.The City of Orono may display signs of any size within its property and Right of Way in its <br />jurisdiction. <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon <br />its passage and publication. <br />ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 2015 on a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays by the <br />City Council of Orono, Minnesota. <br />ATTEST: <br /> Diane Tiegs, City Clerk <br />Ordinance published in The Laker and The Pioneer newspapers the week of October 5, 2015.
