ORDINANCE NO. 132., THIRD SERIES CITY OF ORONO HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORONO ZONING CODE BY ADDING THE NAVARRE AREA TO SECTION 78-1001(6) AS ELIGIBLE FOR DEVELOPMENT VIA THE PUD PROCESS THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 78-1001(6) of the City of Orono Zoning Ordinance regarding Planned Unit Development authorization is hereby amended to read as follows: (6) Applicability. Utilization of this zoning district is limited to the Highway 12 Corridor as set forth in the city's comprehensive plan amendment #2, adopted May 23, 1988; and to the Navarre Area as set forth in the City_ of Orono Communitygement Plan adopted Spptember 13, 2010. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication. ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 2015 on a vote of 3— ayes and o nays by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota.
