/ ORDINANCE NO. 121, THIRD SERIES <br /> � <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY,MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> OFFENSES AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION <br /> OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. The following language is hereby added to Chapter 66 of the Orono City Code as <br /> Article VIII, Division 1: <br /> 66-250. Administrative Offenses <br /> The Orono City Council has determined to enforce certain offenses within the Cit ��of <br /> Orono as Administrative Offenses. Those offenses to be enforced as Administrative Offenses <br /> shall be determined by resolution of the Citv Council as recommended bv the Chief of Police. <br /> 66-251. Violation/Penaltv <br /> ✓, Anxperson violatin�one of the Administrative Offenses within the Citv of Orono <br /> shall be subject to the scheduled administrative penalty. The CitYCouncil shall determine the <br /> administrative penalties and both the Administrative Offenses and the penaltv amount ma ��be <br /> amended, from time to time,by resolution of the City Council. <br /> 66-252. Enforcement <br /> Any member of the police department or any other person emplo ��v the cit� <br /> authoritv to enforce the Citv Code may issue administrative violations under this Ordinance. <br /> Notice shall be given to the violator settin�tforth the nature of the offenses, the date, time of the <br /> violation, the name of the official issuin�the citation and the amount of the scheduled penalty. <br /> 66-253. Pavment <br /> Once notice of an administrative violation is given, the person responsible for the <br /> violation shall,within 14 calendar days of issuance of the notice,pay the stated violation penalty <br /> to the Finance Director. <br />
