ZONING t�__1.,ICATIONS(CONT.1 Aanlicable <br /> Fee Code Section <br /> STORM WATER AND DRAINAGE TRUNK FEES Sec. 14-281 thru 14287 <br /> Storm water trunk fees apply to new development and redevelopment of existing properties and provide funding for the storm water infrastructure necessary to serve <br /> the City. The trunk fee is based on the land use and acreage of the property being developed. An equivalency factor multiplier is assigned to each land use type,with a <br /> 2-acre residential lot considered as the standard in the City with an equivalency factor of 1.0. The table below lists the storm water trunk fees per acre for the various <br /> zoning districts and land uses in the City. <br /> Storm Water and Draina e Trunk Fees <br /> New Development Trunk Fee/ (1)Buffer Easement Reduction.For the 5-acre zoning <br /> Land Use Acre district,a reduction of up to 50%of the trunk fee for the lot <br /> will be allowed for the percentage of the lot protected by <br /> Single Family Residential 5 Acre Zone(1)(2) $3,075 perimeter and/or drainage way buffer easemenu.These buffer <br /> easement azeas shall remain in a natural condition. <br /> Single Family Residential2 Acre Zone(3) $3,840 (2)Maacimum Fee.For the 5-acre zoning district,any lot <br /> exceeding 7.0 gross acres including wetland,shall be charged <br /> Single Family Residential 1 Acre Zone $5,000 a maacimum wnk fee equal to the trunk fee for a 7.0 acre <br /> pazcel.Such lot shall remain eligible for the up to 50% <br /> Single Family Residential 1/2 Acre Zone $5,765 reduction noted in(1)above,such reduction based on the <br /> percentage of 7.0 acres that is placed in buffer easemenu. <br /> Multi Family Residential4 Units/Acre or Less $6,930 <br /> (3)Ma�cimum Fee.For the 2-acre zoning districts,any <br /> Multi Family Residential Greater than 4 Units/Acre $8,085 lot exceeding 4.0 goss acres including wetland,shall be <br /> charged a maximum trunk fee equal to the tcunk fee for a 4.0 <br /> Commercial or Industrial $9,230 acre pazcel. <br /> Redevelopment projects will be defined as any project to either remove and replace existing structures or to enlarge existing structures. These projects will be charged a <br /> portion of the base trunk fee adjusted for the area of expansion of impervious surface above the existing conditions. The table below lists the base trunk fee based on the <br /> area of impervious surface expansion and adjusted for the type of land use.
