The council at its discretion <br /> mav allow the use of non-ve�etative screenin�methods such as <br /> _ ___ <br /> bermin�, fencing. etc. <br /> 11. "Stealth"-tvne antennas (cvlindricall vs. an arrav of nanels, is <br /> reauired if the technolo�v is available. <br /> 12.
