1. the annlication for a �uest anartment adeauatelv addresses the <br /> concerns of varkin�. sewa�e treatment. exterior access method. <br /> and interior access method• <br /> 2 there is at least one access door to the anarhnent from inside the <br /> nrincinal dwellin� and this door is the nrimarv means of accessin� <br /> the anartment: <br /> 3. the Quest anartment does not have a seroarate address; <br /> 4. the guest anartment's utilities are not metered senaratelv from the <br /> princinal dwellin�: and <br /> 5. the �uest anartment is for the sole use of the occunants of the <br /> princinal dwellins. includin�their domestic emnlovees and <br /> nonnavin� �uests. <br /> (41 Keenin�of farm animals for noncommercial nurnoses and for the use of the <br /> occunants of nremises. nrovided that: <br /> a. Where the annlicant reauests a conditional use nermit to keen horses, there <br /> must be at least one acre for the dwellin�and two acres of onen nasture <br /> for the first horse. If the annlicant reauests a conditional use nermit to <br /> keen more than one horse, the nronertv must have one additional acre of <br /> onen nasture for each additional horse. Calculations of minimum nasture <br /> acrea�e shall not include anv land defined as a wetland or wetland buffer <br /> under Section 78-1602. When horses are kent stabled and do not reauire <br /> nasture for feed nuraoses. the minimum basture reauirement mav be <br /> adiusted at the discretion of the Council. <br /> b. Where the annlicant reauests a conditional use nermit to keen farm <br /> animals other than horses.there must be at least one acre for the dwelling <br /> and one acre for each animal unit. Calculations of minimum acrease <br /> reauired shall not include anv land defined as a wetland or wetland buffer <br /> under Section 78-1602. <br /> c. Anv buildin�or structure associated with the animals is located more than <br /> 150 feet from the nearest adiacent residence and at least 75 feet from the <br /> nearest lot line. <br /> d. The use is onerated in comnliance with Chavter 62. Animals. <br /> (51 Personal wireless service antennas.
