Where the annlicant reauests a conditional use nermit to keen horses. there <br /> must be at least one acre for the dwelling and two acres of onen nasture <br /> for the first horse. If the annlicant reauests a conditional use nermit to <br /> keeu more than one horse. the nronertv must have one additional acre of <br /> open nasture for each additional horse. Calculations of minimum tiasture <br /> acrea�e shall not include anv land defined as a wetland or wetland buffer <br /> nder Section 78-1602. When horses are kent stabled and do not reauire <br /> pasture for feed nurooses. the minimum nasture reauirement mav be <br /> adiusted at the discretion of the Council. <br /> b. Where the annlicant reauests a conditional use nermit to keeu fann <br /> animals other than horses. there must be at least one acre for the dwellins <br /> and one acre for each animal unit. Anv building or structure associated with the animals is located more than <br /> 150 feet from the nearest adiacent residence and at least 75 feet from the <br /> nearest lot line. <br /> d. The use is onerated in comnliance with Chanter 62. Animals. <br /> 51 Personal wireless service antennas. Personal wireless service antennas erected on <br /> a municinal structure other than a water tower mav be allowed as a conditional <br /> use if thev meet the followin�criteria: <br /> a. Such antennas must be in comnliance with the citv nolicv resardin�the <br /> use of citv-owned nronertv for wireless telecommunication antennas: <br /> b. Such antennas must meet the conditions listed for nersonal wireless <br /> service antennas as a nermitted use in the LR-1 C zonin�district. <br /> c. Such antennas mav be located in the followin�locations: <br /> 1. Co-located on an existine citv emergencv warnin� siren tower. <br /> 2.
