Height. A eround-mounted accessorv antenna shall not exceed 20 <br /> feet in heisht from �round level. <br /> 2 Yards. Accessorv antennas shall not be located within the reauired <br /> front vard setback. corner side vard setback or side vard setback <br /> abutting a street. <br /> 3. Roofs. If vesetation or obstructions interfere with satellite si�nals <br /> at a location in anv allowable nlacement area.the accessorv <br /> antenna mav be nlaced on the roof of anv authorized structure on <br /> the nremises. <br /> 4 Location Accessorv antennas shall not be located within a <br /> reauired vard or setback area or within drainase or utility <br /> easements Antenna towers shall be set back from adiacent <br /> nronertv lines a horizontal distance no less than the maximum <br /> hei�ht of the antenna. <br /> 5. Building nermits. A buildine nermit shall be reauired for the <br /> installation of anv accessorv antenna reauirin� a conditional use <br /> nermit. Buildin�nermit annlications shall be accomnanied bv a <br /> site nlan and structural comnonent data for the accessorv antenna <br /> includin�details of anchorin�.
