Applicable <br /> — Fee Code Section <br /> STOI2M WATER A1VD DI2AI1vAGE TRUNK FEES Sec.14-281 thru 14-287 <br /> Storm�vater trunk fees apply to new development and redevelopment of existing properties and provide funding for the storm water infrastructure necessary to sei-ve ttie City. <br /> The trunlc fee is based on tlie land use and acreage of the property being developed. An equivalency factor multiplier is assigned to each land use type,with a 2-acre residential <br /> lot consid ered as the standard in the City with an equivalency factor of 1.0. The table below lists the base trunk fee based on tl�e area <br /> of itnpervious surface expansion and adj usted for the type of land use.
