ORDINANCE NO 15 , THIRD SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ORONO ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 78-1431 <br /> REGARDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS <br /> ON THROUGH LOTS <br /> The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br /> Section 1: Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1431 is hereby revised as follows: <br /> Sec. 78-1431. . Accessorv buildings and structures <br /> on through lots. <br /> All accessory buildings and structures on through lots located in R districts shall <br /> � �a�*����' � ���*meet the following requirements: <br /> l. The buildin� or structure shall meet the principal building setbacks that are <br /> established under sections 78-230, 78-255, 78-305, 78-330, 78-350, 78-370, 78- <br /> 395, 78-420, 78-444. <br /> 2. No ne�ative impacts to adiacent nei�hbors or public right-of-wav result in the <br /> placement of the buildin� or structure, determined at the discretion of the <br /> Plannin� Director. <br /> Should the Plannin� Director determine that item #2 above cannot be met an accessor,y <br /> structure or buildin� mav be permitted bv conditional use nermit if the Plannin� <br /> Commission determines no ne�ative impacts result in the placement of the buildin or <br /> structure. The Plannin� Commission mav applv reasonable conditions as part of the <br /> a�proval. <br /> Section 2: This Ordinance shall be published in THE PIONEER and THE LAKER <br /> newspapers and shall become effective upon approval and publication. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono on this 28�' day of June, 2004 by a vote of <br /> 4 ayes and � nays. <br /> Barbara A.
