CITYof ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. •^094^ ______ <br />A RBSOLOTION GRANTING EXTENSION OP <br />THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OP PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br />FOR THE PLAT, CRYSTAL CREEK, APPLICATION NO. 1457 <br />WHEREAS, on April 8, 1991, the City Council of the City of Orono <br />adopted Resolution No. 2948 nranting preliminary approval of a plat <br />proposed by applicant, Alan G. Carlson, involving the property located at <br />3140 Watertown Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the effective period of preliminary plat approval <br />expires one year after the adoption of Resolution No. 2948, such expiration <br />date being April 8, 1992; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has advised Council that he is unable to <br />fulfill the conditions of preliminary plat approval until the issue of the <br />option of a southern bypass for the Highway 12 improvement is resolved; and <br />WHEREAS, applicant has demonstrated a substantial financial <br />commitment during the review of the preliminary subdivision application. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono that the effective period of preliminary plat approval for Alan G. <br />Carlson’s proposed plat known as Crystal Creek involving the property <br />located at 3140 Watertown Road as approved per the conditions of Resolution <br />No. 2948 originally adopted April 8, 1991, is hereby extended to April 8, <br />1993. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />regular meeting held this 23rd day of March, 199^ <br />Minnesota at a <br />Barbara A.
