Under Section 11.10, subd. <br />15, I will request an extension of the effective period of the <br />preliminary plat approval for one year. <br />You will recall that in April of 1991, Council granted <br />a preliminary approval of my plat, file number 1457. On November <br />•, 1991, I wrote to you explaining that the Highway 12 corridor <br />issue has totally frozen the project. The southern corridor goes <br />through the heart of the property. We discussed what action I <br />could take to keep the approvals active and current. <br />We agreed that I should file a request for a one-year <br />extension. I did thrt and appeared before the Council on March <br />23, 1992. The Council appreciated that the Highway 12 corridor <br />study had effectively frozen my property for development <br />purposes. We discussed that more than i one-year extension might <br />be necessary. My request for the one-year extension was granted.
