OTHER COMMENTS: <br />Because I have spent my entire education and professional career in the <br />construction/uevelopment industry I can provide the following attributes: <br />* I have a Masters Level education in relevant areas such as planning, real <br />estate law, real estate finance, and construction. <br />* I have 15 years of professional experience in the same relevant areas. <br />* I have appeared numerous times before boards and jmmissions in a <br />number of different communi'iies in different states. . nave a very strong <br />understanding of the approval process and real estate law as they may be <br />interpreted by different communities. <br />* I am very experienced and skilled at reading building and site plans to <br />determine subtle problems. <br />* i can provide insight to the Commission as to how applicants view certain <br />issues. <br />* I have extensive experience in assessing development constraints and <br />finding successful/acceptable alternatives to difficult development issues. <br />I sincerely hope that you will provide me with an opportunity to be of service to our <br />community.
