IT l^OiLLi:^ Cob^ <br />SBC. 5.42. JOINT USE OP LAKE FACILITIES- <br />Subd. 1. Definitions. For the purpose of this Section, <br />the following terms have the meanings given them: <br />A "Boat Slip# Water" means a structure, space, <br />dock or other t^ing designed or used for ^he docking, mooring^or <br />storing of a boat temporarily or permanently in <br />including mooring posts, buoys or other devices. <br />B "Boat Slip, Land" means a structure, »paje or <br />off the licensed premises. <br />C. "Boat Slip. Permanent* means a •>®** <br />or water used for the storing of a given boat on a long-term <br />yearly basise <br />D. "Boat Slip, Transient* means a boat slip on <br />or water used tor th^ temporary storage of -any different boat, for <br />short periods of time. <br />E.
