Shaun <br />O’Laughlin, our architect, has informed us that he is submitting a variance request for <br />the building height for our proposed neighbor ’s residence on Lot 05. <br />Wo have reviewed the building plans and a location plan of this proposed residence. <br />We are strongly in favor of its design and are not concerned with the building ’s height. <br />This home will be almost 275' away from ours, and if you could just walk the land, you <br />would agree the house on Lot #5 will not impose on anyone. <br />We are probably the only lot owners that might have a concern. We are in favor of the <br />variance request.
