Hardships <br />January 15, 1993 <br />Page Three <br />HARDSHIP #5 <br />The intent of the adopted building ordinance Section 10.24 suod. 5A. creates a "blanket" <br />condition restricting building heights within a lakeshore residential district; that is to say, <br />homes along the lakeshore.
