� o <br /> � � <br /> o � o <br /> ,� . �, CITY of ORONQ <br /> � �ti <br /> G <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �9kEsII�g'� NO. � 9 � � <br /> �4 RESOLUTION AppRpVING THE <br /> PRELINIINARY PLAT FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br /> 1535 BOHNS POINT ROAD <br /> FILE NO. 10-3438 <br /> V�'HEREAS, DNA Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, <br /> (hereinafter the "Developer") is the owner of the ro <br /> the "City") located at 1535 Bohns Point Road a.nd egall descnb d as ol ows�ono (hereinafter <br /> Lot 1,Block 1,Beth & Bridget, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter the "Prop�y"); and <br /> 'V�'HEREAS, on December 1 l, 2009, the Developer filed a complete subdivision <br /> application with the City for prelimiriary approval of a 3 lot residential plat of the Property� �d <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accorda.nce with Minnesota <br /> Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Subdivision Codes, on Ja.nu 19 <br /> 2010, the Orono Planning Commission held a public hearing for the application at wluch tirne all <br /> persons desiring to be heard concerning the application were given the opportunity to spea,k <br /> thereon; and <br /> V�'HEREAS, on January 19, 2010, the piannin <br /> application and recommended on a vote of 6—0 that the Council g C��ission reviewed the <br /> and grant preliminary plat apProval; <br /> WHER,EAS, the City Council reviewed the proposal at a regular meeting held on <br /> May 10, 2010, and hereby made the following finclings v�,lth regards to this application: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1• This application was reviewed as Zoning File#10-3438. <br /> 2• The property is zoned LR-1B Single Family Lakeshore Residential District, which <br /> normally requires a minimurri lot area of 1.0 acres and <br /> Property is 4.89 acres in area, of which 4.89 acres is mlrumuxn lot width of 140'.
