We <br />felt the best way to communicate these suggested revisions was in writing. The suggested <br />revisions are as follows: <br />A. <br />B <br />n. <br />A. <br />Resolution Granting Variance: <br />This Resolution contains three references to Code Section "11.03.24 “. These appear in <br />the title to the Resolution, the second "WTiereas" clause, and in the first paragraph of the <br />Conclusions, Order and Conditions section on page 2 of the documenL My assumption is <br />that the .24 in these references is intended to mean Subdivision 24. If so, the <br />Resolution should be revised to so state. <br />The fifth and sixth lines of the paragraph labeled Conclusions, Order and Conditions <br />contains the term "1 acre lot". This should be changed to “1.23 acre lot" to be consistent <br />with Finding No. 5 of the Resolution. <br />Resolution Granting Pi’eiiminary Plat Approval: <br />Finding No. 3 on page 2 of the Resolution and Condition No. 1 on page 3 of the <br />Resolution contain a reference to "Resolution No. 3223".
