C. Designation of the wetlands in Lots 1 and 2 as a <br />drainage easement on the plat drawings. <br />2. Legal documents required: <br />A. T tie opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />B. The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />C. Signed and executed Conservation and Flowage <br />Easement document; blank area requiring description may <br />be filled out as follows: <br />"Over the drainage easements as shown on the plat <br />of {_rl9t name_)". <br />D. Special -lOt Combination resolution for Lot 1 and <br />Outlot A (City to draft). <br />3. Fees to be paid: Total due: $200.00* <br />A. Legal review and filing fees = $200.00 <br />B. *Park Commission shall accept park fee in lieu of <br />lands. The City Assessor has been asked to determine the <br />fair market value of the undeveloped lands within the <br />subdivision so that a park dedication fee can be <br />determined.
