f <br />/ <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />3198NO. <br />A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE STUBBS BAY <br />SANITARY SEWER ASSESSMENT ROLL - <br />REDUCTION OP PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OP ASSESSMENT <br />POR DONALD GRONBERG PROPERTY LOCATED ON LEAP STREET <br />WHEREAS, on July 27, 1992 the O^ono City Council adopted <br />l<e.7olution No. 3145 to adopt the Stubbs Bay sanitary sewer assessment <br />roil? and <br />WHEREAS, Donald R. Gronberg is owner of the parcel of land <br />legally described as Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 744, Files of <br />Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the <br />property); and <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll adopted in Resolution No. 3145 <br />the principal amount of the assessment for the property at <br />5'.8,8GO.OO; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner appealed the amount of the <br />assessment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono City Council reviewed the merits of the <br />assessment appeal and agreed to reduce the principal amount of the <br />assessment from $18,880.00 to $11,400.00 based on one or more of .he <br />following f^’^iings of fact; <br />1. <br />and pond areas. <br />2.Th® lot was created as part of RLS No. 744 in March 1958, <br />and met the 25,000 8.f./120* area in width standards then in <br />effect. <br />Page 1 of 4
