One serves as cur pn'fnary rea-!dense and the ether aa cur
hcusl and aeaacnal atorage area. Mv intent, if I receive this
3.^ requested, is to legally confine the t.vo pr-coerties end then to
-unn-^rthe exiatino structurea with an addition. Existing setbacks are
^"2’.'7"feet cn the south siue and 20.1 feet on the north side. I do Q2I need
to chance these aetbaciis as all of the work fall- brjtween thejs exiStin^
conditions. In fact, once the lots are ccxnbined, most of the addition will
meet the 30' sidevard setback of the newer ordinances passed since the
or'icinal structures were built.
The hardship I face is that the lots are very narrow and the new sidevard
setback reauirements of 30' make it inposaible to build uccn them. i.e. a
5C' 1 o’ with 30' sidevard setback leaves a negative 10' for’ construction.
Ey combining the properties I create a 100' wide lot. but the 30' setbacks
spa 2till excessive and the existing houses still do not comp.v. . am
th^-Ifore askinc for a sidevard setback variance to leave the setbacks as
they presently -xist, which met the recuirements at the time the houses
'.•/ere built.
Thank you for 3ur help i' this matter.
Elake Bichanich
BB/hks
i
