A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A VARIANCE TO <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.23, SUBDIVISION 6 (B) <br />FILE #1791 <br />WHEREAS, Blake Bichanich (hereinafter "the applicant")^ is owner of the <br />property located at 332 Westlake Street within the City of Orono (he-einafter "City") and legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lots 3 and 4 Albeeās Long Lake Addition. Hennepin County, and That part of <br />Government Un 1, Section 26, Township 118, Range 23, lying East of a line drawn <br />parallel to and 675 feet East of, measured at right angles to. the West Ime of said Section <br />26 and West of the extension south of the most Westerly line of Un 1. A .^ itor s <br />Subdivision Number 291. Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance to Municipal <br />Zonine Ccxle Section 10.23. Subdivision 6 (B) to permit the construction of additions to his <br />where (he required side yard setback is 30 <br />NOW, THEREFORK. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1.
