((A <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM; Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />DATE: January 22, 1993 <br />SUBJECT; DNR Maxwell Bay Access Proposal <br />ht 7i <br />CounciImember Hurr has invited representatives of the DNR to attend <br />the Council meeting sc that the Council can provide conceptual <br />direction to the DNR regarding their Maxwell Bay access proposal. <br />The DNR has requested conceptual approval of an access proposal on <br />Maxwell Bay so that they can proceed with preliminary work <br />regarding the purchase of property on the Bay. I have attached a <br />letter from the Commissioner of the DNR regarding the Maxwell Bay <br />access and set of four proposals prepared by the DNR for an access <br />on Maxwell Bay. <br />Councilmember Hurr will provide a draft letter at the meeting <br />outlining a set of parameters within which the City would accept an <br />access at Maxwell Bay.
