These included the Building Code Board of Appeals and the <br />Highway 12 Policy Committee. In addition the Council has not <br />appointed a liaison to the Cable Commission to replace Mary Butler. <br />I have attached a memo from Jeanne Mabusth clarifying the role of <br />the Building Code Board of Appeals and updating the status of the <br />current members. <br />The Department of Transportation has notified the City that they <br />are completing the Scoping Decision Document for the Highway 12 <br />corridor study and will be scheduling a Policy Committee meeting <br />for February 23rd to review the Scoping Decision Document. MnDOT <br />has requested that the city make an appointment to the Policy <br />Committee as soon as possible so that person ran receive the agenda <br />for the meeting. <br />(0
