These funds are accounted for separately and are designed to be funded <br />through water rates. <br />*Included in 'Personal Services' are the wages and employment taxes for the Water Department Staff. <br />*Supplies & Maintenance' includes the operating supplies and maintenance for the water distribution system. <br />34
