The City shall not accept <br />renewal license applications received after January 31 unless the <br />application is accompanied by a late fee of $25.00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete application is received, the application will be <br />reviewed by the City Council and, in the case of new or unusual <br />app1icaitons, also by the Planning Commission and Marina <br />Committee.
