5. The extent of grading and filling that will be allowed <br />for any residence developed on Lot 2 shall be regulated by the <br />pertinent requirements of Municipal Code Section 10.03, Subds. <br />19, 20 and 21. <br />6. The previous one unit sewer assessment as part of the <br />Bayside North sub-area of the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project shall <br />be assigned to Lot 1. One unit connection charge as part of <br />the Stubbs Bay Northwest sub-area shall be paid for Lot 2 at <br />the ^ime a building permit is issued for Lot 2, in an amount <br />according to the City fee schedule at that time. <br />7. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before July <br />11, 1993 together with a certified original copy of this <br />resolution and executed copies of the following documents: <br />A. Drainage, Utility and Trail Easement. <br />B. Amendment to Special Lot Combination Agreement. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the <br />plat cannot be filed by the date specified above.
