3.02. <br />3.03. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-9477 <br />Page three <br />respect to the work being done by the Minnesota <br />Departaent of Health in preparing rules for <br />wellhead protection, and that Hennepin County <br />abandon its activities with respect to ground <br />water planning. <br />Should Hennepin County choose to proceed with <br />ground water planning, it is recomacnded that <br />the rlan be adopted as a guide only, to whicn <br />municipalities may voluntarily subscribe, and <br />that it be consistent with the findings and <br />proposed requirements of the Minnesota <br />Department of Health. <br />Should Hennepin County choose to proceed, it is <br />recommended that the schedule be delayed until <br />such time as the Minnesota Department of Health <br />has completed the promulgation of its rules in <br />this regard so that the provisions of the Plan <br />can be made consistent therewith. <br />TIMOTHY ; MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />L <br />Eliza ^th L.
