DIann Goetten, Gabriel <br />Jabbour, Edward Cal Iahan and Mary Butler. The following represented <br />the City staff: City Administrator Ron Moorse, Public Works <br />Director John Gerhardson, Finance Director Tom Kuehn, Building and <br />Zoning Administrator Jeanne Mabusth, Assistant Planning and Zoning <br />Administrator Michael Gaffron, Pol ice Chief Stephen Sul Iivan, City <br />Attorney Thomas Barrett, City Engineer Glenn Cook and City Recorder <br />Teri Naab. Stephen Peterson was present to represent the Planning <br />Commission. Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />(#1) CONSENT AGENDA <br />Jabbour added Items #14, 15, and 16, and removed Item #33. <br />Callahan removed Items #23, 24, 25, 28, 29 and 38. <br />Butler added Items #19 and 20. <br />Mayor Peterson removed Item #35. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Goetten, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda as amended. Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />Motions for all I terns adopted by consent agenda will be included <br />In the minutes in their respective numerical order. <br />(*«2, 3*4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Goetten, to approve the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of the Council held on November 23, <br />1992; the minutes of the Truth in Taxation Meeting of December 1, <br />1992; and the Special Meeting of December 1, 1992. Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />There was no report. <br />LONG LAKE FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />There was no report. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Frank St.Lawrence, 250 Cygnet Place, stated the new facility was <br />great and thanked the Council for all Its efforts. <br />1
