ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORONO SECTION 2.52, SUBDIVISION 1, <br />CHANGING THE MEMBERSHIP OP THE PARK COMMISSION FROM <br />EIGHT TO SEVEN MEMBERS <br />THE ORONO CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 2. <br />Orono Municipal Code, Section 2.52, Subdivision I <br />is amended to read as follows: <br />Establishment and Composition. A Park Commissior <br />composed of seven members a^* of the round of <br />appointments made by Council after January 1, 1993 <br />who shall serve staggered three-year terms, is <br />hereby established. The Public Works Director and <br />one Council member shall be members of the <br />Commission ex officio and without vote and are in <br />addition to the seven member Commission. <br />This ordinance shall take effect upon publication. <br />1993. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council this day of January, <br />Dorothy M.
