Funher. he has <br />provided a letter of agreement with the Minnetonka Art Center, approximately 1/4 mile west <br />of the marina. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Planning Commission is requested to consider the applicant’s revised proposal. If <br />Planning Commission detennines that a suitable hardship exists and the location ot the single <br />proposed mixJule is .ippr»ipriate, then any reciMumendation tor approval might address screening, <br />off site parking, and whether hardcover tradeoffs are needed. <br />ch
