The stated need for storage space is a result of the new building <br />layout being neither large enough nor in a suitable configuration to allow for storage within or <br />as an attachment to the clubhouse. <br />Planning Commission initially was opposed to two storage units and their proposed <br />l(K-ation in the 0-75 ’ zone.
