The proposed fee schedule includes increases in zoning <br />application fees, the annual cost of living adjustment to the sewer <br />connection charges, increases in several golf course <br />elimination of the slip and boat fee portion of the commercial <br />marina license fee and an increase in the recycling fee. <br />The increases in the zoning application are to more closely reflect <br />the actual costs related to processing the applications. The <br />recycling fee is being increased in anticipation of a potential <br />reduction in the County recycling grant for 1994 and a potential <br />major reduction in their recycling grant for 1995. <br />The 1994 Fee Schedule reflects the current sewer and water ja^es. <br />Based on Council direction and a formal rate study, staff will <br />recommend increases in the sewer and water rates for separate <br />Council action. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the proposed 1994 Fee Schedule and to adopt the <br />Summary Fee Ordinance.
